The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! We have two bookings, and on check-in we were offered free upgrades for both rooms. The day before check-out, the staff kindly offered us a free stay during the next day until we departed to the airport in the evening. The hotel also nicely prepared welcome gift basket with fruits, sweets and a bottle of wine (? didn't try, as we don't drink alcohol). Hotel room was spacious for a family. The sea view was amazing. The windows were absolutely sound proof. The gardens were lovely! Dinner was wonderful, with many different choices and delicious desserts. The jewelry shop was beautiful. The music performance in the evening was fantastic.

The entire staff were amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra step to ensure a good guest experience. Everything is very clean; the room, the dining room, and the pool areas. In addition to being very clean, the room had a good breeze when the window was open and the best air conditioning that I have experienced in a hotel - it worked perfectly and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and seating with a sea view, inside and outside. The hotel is spread out so you don't need to wait for elevators. It is very near to all of the shops and bars and cafes.

The animation team was very dynamic: just the perfect touch to be entertaining without being over the top. We enjoyed 3 relaxing days.
